... but Team Lurx will never take part in the modern hype of presenting gorgeous DX-pedition menus with quality wines etc. We regard that as gay stuff. Team Lurx has always had and will always have traditional Hell's Kitchen. The highlight of the week is when we'll sweep the floor and make "pyttipannu" ("pytt i panna" in Swedish or "Scandinavian Hash"). So no crab for lunch. Crap rules.

ReplyDeleteIn Pajala systembolaget (Parka-QTH) they offered a large list of beers and wines possible to order but in the end they refused to order it. One red, one white and one rose (presumable mix of the first...) was in practice possible to get.
Even since the EDXC in Pori I knew I could trust Finns in this aspect (will I ever forget the pumpa and nice drinking and maybe even better the co-located MC-gathering?).
If you then do not fall so low that you identify NZ stations from fragemnt of sound comparision between various frequecnies and compile it to a logg, it is even better.
